• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time! Thank you for understanding. ♡

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I package and ship everything myself (only one person here - not a business!) and try to get orders ready on time as much as possible! Patience is super greatly appreciated.

  Once shipped, most domestic orders can take anywhere from 5 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. If you order a package, I will receive tracking information but if you would like it PLEASE CONTACT ME. No tracking on small sticker orders (envelope only).
  International shipping delivery times may vary and take as long as 2 to 10 weeks. I can not get tracking for international orders so if you feel your order has not arrived during this time period, please contact me so we can work on figuring things out!

  Depending on your location, shipping estimates are:

  Canada: 8 - 15 working days
  US: 3- 7 working days
  Overseas: 8 - 15 working days
  (However, due to the nature of not receiving tracking and having your package leave the US postal system, it could indeed take a few weeks LONGER than the estimate above. Your patience is greatly appreciated!)

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
